Woodstock House was originally built in the 1740’s then converted from a Farmhouse to a hotel in the late 1930’s and primarily offers bed and breakfast accommodation with 13 en-suite rooms set around an attractive courtyard garden.

Fox Goes Free
The Fox Goes Free boasts 400 years of character and history which is still preserved today. William the 3rd used to come for refreshing the Royal Hunting Party on breaks from London. The pub is set in the beautiful countryside of Goodwood Estate at the bottom of the South Downs.
The Fox Goes Free prides itself on the preservation of many of the original features including, the bread oven, inglenook fireplaces low beamed ceilings and brick floors.
A mixture of double and twin rooms, all-en suite, are available. Each room is unique in character. All our bedrooms are warm & attractive, furnished to a tasteful standard.

The Star and Garter
Set in the Downland village of East Dean and 2 miles from Goodwood race course, this attractive 18th century Freehouse was refurbished 5 years ago to unveil its original open brick and flint walls. In a cosy and relaxed atmosphere, you can enjoy our local ales poured straight from the barrel or choose from our extensive wine menu.
Reviewed in the Good Food and the Egon Ronay guides, our food menu is well known for its fresh and local seafood including the Star seafood platter and the meat lovers will certainly enjoy our large choice of quality meat dishes featuring local game.
